Hal J. Leitman
Biography
Hal Leitman represents banks, credit unions, finance companies, auto dealers, corporations, landlords and tenants in business and consumer related litigation. Mr. Leitman represents clients at the trial and appellate level in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. His practice is primarily devoted to commercial litigation, creditor/debtor litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and landlord/tenant matters.
Mr. Leitman is a frequent lecturer at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Atlanta. He has conducted seminars on various topics concerning advanced debt collection and post judgment recovery in Georgia.
